Delivery area
We offer local delivery to selected ZIP codes in Southern California, fulfilled from Ontario, California. Delivery availability is checked using your delivery address at checkout. We do not currently offer nationwide or international shipping.
Delivery charges
All amounts below are in US dollars. Delivery charges are based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and delivery charges:
• $1,000.00–$1,999.99: $200 delivery.
• $2,000.00–$2,998.99: $150 delivery.
• $2,999.00 and above: complimentary delivery.
The minimum order value for local delivery is $1,000. These rates apply only to eligible addresses within our delivery area.
Our delivery service
Delivery is carried out by a two-person team by appointment. Assembly, installation and packaging removal are not included.
Before ordering, please tell us about stairs, narrow doorways, restricted access, elevator reservations or building delivery requirements. Please ensure that your furniture can safely pass through the access route and that someone is available to receive the delivery.
Delivery timing
Please refer to the product page for any stated delivery estimate. We will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Estimated delivery times are not confirmed appointments. If a delay affects your order, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Delivery issues
Please check your items when they arrive. If you notice damage, missing items or an incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible through our website’s Contact page, including your order number and photographs where available.
